Howl Multisport

We are an open water swimming venue in Eastleigh Hampshire. Free parking on site with toilets just off the M27 next to Southampton Airport Parkway train station. If coming by train or bus the best stops is Airport Parkway which is a 10 - 15 minute walk to the lake

Lap is approximately 350m with a warm up/acclimatisation area and half lap available.

Please bring a bright coloured swim cap because due to safety grounds we can't let you swim in a black hat or very dark blue hat. Anyone swimming without a wetsuit will need a tow float.

We now have coaching slots available. We use a local swimming coach who we have to book in advance so if you want to work on your technique or help getting ready for a big event then please get in touch with us.

There is a café which is based in the car park but owned and operated by a third party.

Swimming is £7 for members signed up on the app. Non members will be £10 and we will need to sort out some paperwork so please allow extra time when you arrive.

If you plan to swim with us a lot over the coming summer we now have the option to buy 10 swims for the price of 9 at £63 total. If you chose this option you pay upfront for your swims and then NOWCA will add the credits to your account. When you go to book your next swim then the system will automatically take the credit instead of any card payments until the credits have been used and then you can either pay as you go or top up another 10 swims.

We follow BTF guidelines on open water swimming temperature for wetsuit use.
