St Andrews Lakes

St Andrews Lakes is rapidly becoming the preferred inland Open Water Swim destination for many in the South East of England. Open since 2020, we are constantly developing our facilities for you to enjoy.
Our location is set in a beautiful old chalk pit that is fed with fresh spring water coming all the way from the Chilterns.
From May to October we have two regular swim courses of 200 metres and 500 metres. During the cold water months we set a smaller 200 metre course closer to shore. That said, a shorter course can easily be set at anytime for those of you only just starting to dip your toe into the world of OWS. Beginners are more than welcome and you're always looked after by our safety team afloat and ashore.
To swim at St Andrews Lakes you must have booked an induction directly with us, even if you are inducted with other lakes.
Once inducted and wish to swim, just book online, telephone or pop on down.
Toilets and basic changing rooms are available.
Tow Floats and swim hats must be worn. We have a great range of equipment available from our lake side shop.
