Still Water Retreat (COMING SOON)

Welcome to Still Water Retreat, set within the peaceful grounds of Woore Fruit Farm.
Our serene 2-acre lake offers open-water swimming and paddle boarding, surrounded by rolling hills, pine trees, and abundant wildlife.
Balance body and mind through the restorative contrast of cool water and our wood-fired sauna, creating space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature.

EACH SWIMMER MUST:
Have a tow float.
Be physically and mentally fit, with no pre-existing medical conditions and can swim 200m confidently.
Understand and accept the risks associated with open water/wild swimming.
Have suitable clothing.

SAUNA SAFETY: It is your sole responsibility to seek advice from a qualified medical professional PRIOR to using the sauna. If you have ANY (or SUSPECT to have any) of the following, you MUST NOT book a sauna session;
- Pregnant
- Cardiovascular disease
- Heart disease
- High and low blood pressure
- Nervous system disorders
- Lymphatic system disorders
- Blood disorders
- Epilepsy
- Respiratory conditions
- Diabetes

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Tow floats are compulsory for swimmers.
- Lifejackets must be worn by paddleboarders (lifejackets are provided by us for free hire).
- Wetsuits recommended when its below 22 degrees. Wetsuits are compulsory 12 degrees and below. Clothing must be worn (no skinny dipping).
- You shall ensure that you are physically fit, healthy and have no medical conditions.
- If you have any (or suspect to have any) pre-existing medical conditions, it is your sole responsibility to seek advice from a qualified medical professional PRIOR to booking!
- CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel or amend a session, payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. If we cancel a swim session, it will be refunded as ONE swim credit for use at our venue to your account (NOT a refund of monies).
